Team members are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
We offer an extensive benefit package which includes medical plan options through Florida Blue, dental and vision plans through Humana.
All benefit eligible team members are also provided with basic life insurance at no cost and the ability to purchase supplemental insurance through Mutual of Omaha.
Included in the basic life policy is the employee assistance program (EAP). The EAP is a confidential and voluntary support service available to team members and their families. The program delivers unlimited 24/7 telephonic assistance and up to four in person sessions with a counselor per issue, per year.
Additionally, in the event you become disabled from an injury or illness, Jon M Hall offers short -term and long-term disability to all benefit eligible team members through Mutual of Omaha.
